SPS Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop you have booked and paid for, you can transfer your ticket to a nominated new attendee or attend one of the next workshops subject to availability. To transfer the ticket you must notify us and provide us with the new participants full contact details at least 10 days prior to the event date. Any transfer of tickets will incur a $50 administration fee.

Transfer of tickets to another workshop may be arranged if the participant is prevented from attending due to a natural disaster on the day of the event.


If a refund is requested up to 60 days prior to the commencement of the workshop a $50 administration fee will be deducted. There will be no refund of fees within 60 days of the course starting unless due to extenuating services as outlined below.

  • Complications due to Pregnancy
  • Contagious disease
  • Major personal sickness, injury or major medical emergency
  • Immediate family sickness or major medical emergency
  • Participant is Deceased

There will be no refund of fees if the participant does not show up for any reason.

A full refund will be given out to the customer if Swales Performance Systems cancels the workshop for any reason, however we will not be liable for any extra costs incurred travel to the workshop, accommodation etc.

Any alterations to your booking will incur an administration fee of $50 and can only be made by emailing our office via admin@spscertified.com
