ULNAR WRIST PAIN WITH PUSH UPS AND HANDSTANDS

Fixing Up Your Wrist Pain During Push Ups and Handstands.

In the last video where I talked about wrist pain on the radial side I gave you ways to assess and treat it with different exercises. Today were going to take a look at wrist pain occurring on the ulnar side, specifically during a push up or handstand.

While the pain could very well indicate an injury, its also possible that you may need to tweak your form to make sure you're not making a mistake that could be putting excessive pressure on your wrists. With any kind of hand balancing our wrists might get a little over compressed. If there aren't any errors in your form, or if you still have wrist pain after correcting those errors then follow along in this video. I outline a few issues where people may experience ulnar sided wrist pain due to wrist compression when performing a push up or handstand, and I show you ways help eliminate that pain.

If you have any questions about any other type of wrist pain, shoot me a message and Id be happy to help you out!

Enjoy,

Tommy
