4 Way Banded Hip Mobility

Mobility sequence for femoral acetabular joint capsule tightness.

Addresses the capsule from 3 distraction planes and 4 body portions. Maintain a good spinal position and engaged core. Move with breathing pattern. Perform 10-20 reps on each. Prior to doing this use a quick movement check using the squat, toe touch and FABERS test, then re-asses after to see a change.
