WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

  • This program requires very little for weights and equipment. A foam roller, an exercise ball, resistance bands and a free weight or kettlebell are great tools to have close by.
  • If you donít have a particular piece of equipment, donít worry, we have made some modifications to use other pieces or just using your body weight as resistance alone will get you results!
